I like the details a lot. And the colors too. I think that the wings lack some symmetry and tidiness, though. I found a photo of a vulture in a similar pose as your dragon:

This is really great! You're very talented with watercolor. I think the blue stones compete too much with the red sky and yellow dragon, though. I'd tone it down to make the dragon "pop" a bit more. Really good job.
